Purpose
To help people who have decided to become candidates for public office be successful in elections.
Target Group
The seminar is designed for candidates who are interested in running for public office now or at some future time, their spouses and their campaign managers. We encourage, when possible, the candidate, his or her spouse and campaign manager to attend and work as a team.
About the Seminar
This bipartisan campaign management training seminar was developed by the American Farm Bureau Federation with input from political consultants and staff members of both political parties. Videotapes, overheads, a case study and a computer simulation have been developed to assist in the presentation of the seminar. The seminar has a 76% success rate with thousands of candidates who have participated nationwide.
